About The Position

Location : Goldsboro, North Carolina, USA Specialty : Med Surg / Telemetry Type : Local Schedule : 3x12s Nights Time : 13 Weeks

Seven Healthcare is excited to offer a rewarding travel nursing opportunity for a Registered Nurse in MedSurg / Telemetry in Goldsboro, NC. This contract includes a competitive weekly rate of $1,900, based on three 12-hour night shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Medsurg / Tele Nurse :

Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced MedSurg / Telemetry setting

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs, responding to abnormalities as needed

Administer medications and follow treatment plans as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in line with facility policies

Educate patients and families on ongoing care and discharge instructions

Respond to emergencies in a calm, efficient manner

Promote a supportive and compassionate environment for patients

Requirements of the Travel Medsurg / Tele Nurse :

Active North Carolina registered nurse license or compact state eligibility

Current BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications

Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a MedSurg / Telemetry setting
