The Job :

As a Auto Store Expert, you'll be part of our growing team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to provide direct support for the Distribution Center Autostore Goods-To-Person automation, operate the system start up and shut down, and maintain / troubleshoot the Autostore system.

You'll also get to :

• Maintain communication with the internal support teams as well as the Bastian Solution Support team for any issue resolution of Autostore systems or Exacta software occurrence.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve equipment issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as necessary.
• Drive project activities.
• Maintain, modify and troubleshoot a variety of electrical and electronic devices.
• Exercise necessary precautions to ensure personal safety and safety of others.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area according to the 5S principles.
• Possess comprehensive operational knowledge of all associated Autostore equipment.
• Utilize general troubleshooting ability and work with Bastian Solutions Support to communicate resolution for issues.
• Achieve knowledge of Exacta applications and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain spare parts management to sustain system operational ability.
• Accurately communicate system issues with offsite engineers for resolution.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
