As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. You will also provide exceptional customer service and communication, reflecting our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required.

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activitiesRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activityObserve and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the facilityWork collaboratively with client personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related mattersMaintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other relevant activities as required by site proceduresAssist with access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areasRemain alert to potential hazards or security-related risks in the environment and respond according to site protocolsWhat We're Looking For :
