Key Responsibilities

Provides information to the public on services available through various Air Quality Programs

Triages inbound calls and schedules consumer appointments based on their needs

Enters consumer application data into the Program database and assists consumers with completing their applications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must be bilingual in Spanish

High proficiency with database-related software applications

Knowledge of the operating structure of various air quality programs

Experience in customer service principles and practices

Ability to learn quickly and effectively work with a technical team
