CEFO Advisors is hiring a seasoned Fractional CFO to join our dynamic team serving clients from Albany to New Orleans. With over a decade of leadership in outsourced fractional financial advisory services, we offer a unique opportunity to work with diverse businesses in a hybrid setting; partially remote, partially on-site at client offices, and in our newly renovated, dog-friendly office in Saratoga Springs. As a Fractional CFO, you'll partner directly with business owners, delivering strategic financial insights and managing high-impact projects from forecasting and systems implementation to M&A support and team development. You'll be a key player in driving growth, solving problems, and building better financial futures for our clients.

What We’re Looking For :

• 20+ years of progressive financial experience at the CFO, Controller or Director of Finance level
• Strong client-facing and advisory background
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, ERP systems, and financial strategy
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage products, or similar platforms
• A reliable, detail‑obsessed, team‑oriented professional
• You must be based within 60 miles of Saratoga Springs, NY and able to commute to our office and client sites as needed.
