Pay : $24.11 - $36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

Join our dedicated team as a Flight Paramedic, where you will provide essential direct patient care during both air and ground critical care transport. This vital role requires you to be an integral part of our patient care team from the moment of initial contact until care is successfully transferred to the accepting medical facility.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver patient care throughout all transport phases while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Document detailed patient assessments, evaluations, interventions, responses to therapy, and notable changes in condition within established deadlines.
• Engage in Pre and Post Transport briefings and provide follow-up for referred patients.
• Ensure all medical equipment is operational, promptly reporting any issues and documenting equipment checklists.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across various disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
• Deliver safety and clinical education to referring facilities and EMS agencies as needed.
• Exercise critical thinking and decisive judgment while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
