Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a full time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners in South Florida (this is a hybrid onsite role).

We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Marketing Manager to focus on performance & nurturing. You will lead multi-channel marketing strategies that drive acquisition engagement and retention. This role is a combination of performance marketing digital optimization and lead nurturing expertise to accelerate growth across inbound and paid channels. You should have a strong understanding of CRM automation SEO paid media and analytics. You should also have the creativity to build customer journeys that convert and be passionate about marketing and technology.

Responsibilities :

• Strong focus on performance marketing nurturing & lifecycle marketing and analytics & collaboration
• Partner with digital agencies and internal stakeholders to plan execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads Meta LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop performance dashboards to monitor spend efficiency ROAS CPL CAC and lead quality.
• Conduct A / B testing on creative landing pages and audience targeting to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Lead SEO initiatives to drive organic growth and improve website visibility including keyword strategy technical audits and on-page optimization.
• Collaborate with web teams to align messaging and ensure paid and organic channels reinforce overall brand objectives.

Define and implement a comprehensive nurturing roadmap based on target personas and lifecycle stages.

Build regular performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
