LHH is seeking candidates for a Donation Door Coordinator for a temporary position in Charlotte, NC from December 3rd - January 3rd to assist with the busy season. This role supports the intake and processing of donated goods, ensuring a welcoming experience for donors and maintaining efficient inventory flow. The coordinator plays a key part in organizing materials and upholding safety and service standards.
Schedule : Tuesday–Saturday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM
Location : Warehouse-based, with indoor / outdoor responsibilities
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist donors at the drive-thru donation area, ensuring items are received safely and efficiently.
Provide courteous and helpful support to donors, volunteers, and visitors, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
Keep the workspace tidy and hazard-free to support a safe environment.
Help maintain consistent production and inventory practices aligned with organizational procedures.
Sort incoming donations into appropriate categories and prepare items for distribution to retail locations.
Adhere to protocols related to inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and compliance.
Take on additional tasks as needed to support team operations.
Qualifications
Prior experience with donor or volunteer engagement is beneficial.
Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ideally within nonprofit or community-focused settings.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communicator with a proactive approach to tasks.
Capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.
Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
