We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing technical support for desktops, workstations, and related hardware, ensuring smooth operations across various systems. Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical assistance for desktop systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage and support Active Directory operations to maintain system security and functionality.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform imaging and deployment of Windows 10 systems across the organization.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates for workstations to prevent potential disruptions.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges and implement solutions.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards during all technical operations.
  • Assist users with software installations and updates to maintain compatibility and productivity.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to users regarding technical issues and resolutions.
  • Proven experience working with PC desktops and workstations in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related system operations.
  • Expertise in desktop hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in imaging and deploying Windows 10 systems.
  • Possession of certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and requirements is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively assist users and collaborate with team members.
