Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location : Ottawa, IL

Shift : 3x12-hour nights

Assignment Type : Travel / Contract

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist with experience in general radiology to join a fast-paced facility in Ottawa, IL. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience performing routine diagnostic procedures and is comfortable providing patient care to a diverse population.

Basic Qualifications :

Associates degree in Radiologic Technology

Licensed with IEMA

ARRT (R) registry eligible; must complete ARRT registry within 6 months of hire

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, nurses, physicians, and other medical personnel

Knowledge of growth and development principles and ability to provide age-appropriate patient care

Analytical skills to produce high-quality diagnostic images tailored to individual patient needs

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience with routine diagnostic procedures in General Radiology

Experience in customer service or patient experience settings
