We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to be the architect behind the Brewtopia brand — a creative, strategic leader who can fuel local store growth, strengthen community engagement, and bring our story to life across every market we serve.

This is a build-from-scratch role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and loves creating playbooks, not just following them.

Our Impossible Goal is bold : 200 7 Brew stands and $500M in revenue by 2028.

You’ll help shape how our guests experience 7 Brew at every touchpoint, while ensuring our people-first culture shines through in every cup served.
