Overview
As a member of Cassaday & Company, a top wealth management firm in the country and Virginia's #1 financial advisor, you will join our team as a member of the Client Services Department. This position supports the firm by assisting new clients who are in the process of transferring their assets into Cassaday and Company, making the process as smooth as possible. This position reports directly to the Director of Onboarding Strategies, and has daily interaction with senior executives, internal departments, and our clientele.

Responsibilities
- Independently manage the account consolidation process of 30+ households at a time for new clients in the onboarding process through :
- Establishing client profiles, opening new financial accounts, and preparing validation documents tailored to fit company specific formats.
- Working with clients, our broker-dealer, and contra firms to initiate, monitor, and reconcile incoming account transfers.
- Communicating action items, consolidation progress, and next steps to directly to clients on a daily basis.
- Maintaining a flow of communications internally on consolidation progress.
- Auditing the work of requests submitted to other institutions timely and accurate completion.
Requirements
