Behavior Technician Responsibilities :

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics across the Baltimore County area.

Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .

Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behavior goals.

Communicate effectively and compassionately with families and clinical supervisors.

Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.

Schedule and Locations :

Flexible hours : Daytime, afternoon, and early evening shifts available.

Serve families in the following areas :

Towson, MD 21204

Owings Mills, MD 21117

Catonsville, MD 21228

Essex, MD 21221

Dundalk, MD 21222

Pikesville, MD 21208

Woodlawn, MD 21207

Cockeysville, MD 21030

Qualifications :

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or a willingness to obtain it (support provided).

High school diploma or GED is required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus.

Prior experience working with children, particularly in special education, childcare, or mental health is advantageous.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client homes and schools.

Must pass background checks and meet all state and federal requirements.
