As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at an aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, supporting access control, and delivering outstanding customer service while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.

Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related needs within the location.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

A minimum of two years of security-related experience is required.

Proof of high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) is required by the client.

A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
