Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at our ABA therapy center in Brooklyn, NY. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing the treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. This position involves working closely with behavior analysts, families, and clients to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services are delivered.

Responsibilities :

• Develop & Monitor Treatment Plans : Work with BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement and monitor treatment plans for clients based on ABA principles.
• Family Support & Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing updates, support, and education on treatment progress.
• Collaborative Teamwork : Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and other professionals.
• Assess Client Needs : Conduct assessments to identify client strengths, weaknesses, and treatment goals. Adjust plans as needed.
• Data Tracking & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client progress, behavior data, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Training & Support : Provide guidance and supervision to RBTs and other support staff on treatment implementation and behavioral strategies.
• Crisis Management : Assist with the implementation of crisis intervention strategies when needed, ensuring the safety of clients and staff.
• Compliance : Ensure that all services comply with ABA standards, ethical guidelines, and state regulations.
