Georgia Licensed Clinical Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical to join their Case Management team.

Key Responsibilities

Review and maintain policies and procedures to meet regulatory and organizational requirements

Monitor team performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Provide coaching and performance management to frontline staff and leaders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) or Master's degree in Social Work

6+ years of experience in healthcare or related field

5+ years of experience managing employees in a healthcare setting

3+ years of experience in production / operations, including case prioritization

1+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives
