Job Description

Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for bids and proposals. Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes. Support the development of bid packages and procurement strategies. Collaborate with project managers and senior estimators to develop pricing. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed. Maintain and update historical cost data and subcontractor databases. Help identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options. Use estimating software and tools such as Excel and Procore.

The Successful Applicant

1-3 years of experience in estimating or construction (internships included). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Familiarity with reading construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Procore or estimating software is a plus. Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a team.
