Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a fine-dining or upscale, scratch kitchen environment.An understanding of menu costing, recipe development, and labor budgeting.A background in pasta and pizza production.Goal oriented and a team driven mindset.A lead by example thought process with an understanding of growing individuals while structuring growth plans for each team member.Strong financial and organizational acumen concerning costing, recipe specs, and labor control.A creative spirit and a commitment to excellence.
