Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) for Removables.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term Advanced Manufacturing & Automation strategy

Oversee the design, validation, and integration of new automation systems and manufacturing technologies

Build and mentor a high-performing team of automation engineers and manufacturing leaders

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Automation, with at least 5 years in a Director-level role

Proven experience in developing and scaling automated manufacturing systems

Deep expertise in factory automation and process engineering

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing)

Background in regulated or precision industries is preferred
