Seeking a BE / BC certified Palliative Medicine physician to expand their current palliative care service line, by offering inpatient and limited outpatient services.

• Considering experienced providers only to start a new practice
• Function as a program builder by overseeing the design & implementation of an outpatient palliative care clinic, to ultimately include Home Based Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Experience with program building preferred
• Inpatient with limited outpatient services
