Job Description :

We are seeking a Practice Coordinator 3to support back office operationsat the UCSF Orthopaedic Institute. The ideal candidate will have prior UCSF experiencein a Front Desk, Back Office, Practice Coordinator, Admin, or Call Centrerole.

Responsibilities :

• Back office coordination of clinical and administrative tasks.
• Support daily patient flow (approx. 30 patients / day).
• Maintain clear and effective communication with staff and patients.
• Ensure organizational processes run smoothly
