Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Aligner Helper for our client. This position is responsible for assembling precision machine tools, installing components, and ensuring accuracy and alignment of mechanical systems. You’ll use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to complete detailed assembly work while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
• Inspect and clean casting.
• Install precision parts on machined casting.
• Verify parallel of linear guides and ball screws.
• Install precision units on machine tool.
• Use precision instruments to check geometry of machine tool.
• Operate overhead crane to install heavy items.
• Operate walk behind fork truck to transport parts.
• Operate overhead crane to move machine tool to different locations in the facility.
