Document all visits and progress notes in compliance with home health regulations. Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility, exercise, and self-care techniques. Qualifications : Active state Physical Therapy license. Minimum of one year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred). Strong communication and time-management skills.
