Aerospace Production Manager – Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Production Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment. This role involves overseeing daily production, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of aerospace components.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production across multiple departments
- Supervise personnel
- Ensure on-time delivery of aerospace and space components
- Drive production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Work closely with engineering, planning, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance standards
- Monitor equipment uptime and coordinate maintenance needs
- Analyze production delays and implement corrective actions
- Report performance metrics and support operational planning
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
