job purpose : The Director of Portfolio Strategy will play a critical role in shaping fairlifes long-term growth strategy. This role will lead mid-to-long term strategic initiatives that guide decision-making at the enterprise level including macro trend analysis market intelligence and demand forecasting / projections. We are seeking an ambitious candidate with strong critical thinking skills and growth mindset.

responsibilities :

• Lead the development of and alignment to fairlife portfolio s long-range strategic roadmap by partnering with cross-functional teams (Marketing Finance R&D Sales Supply Chain)
• Own market / enterprise reporting including macroeconomic monitoring retailer and competitor landscape M&A activity opportunity mapping and more
• Create space for organizational discussions and bring an unbiased perspective as you guide end-to-end strategic workshops and ongoing collaboration routines
• Educate and inspire ELT by surfacing relevant strategic growth projects and bringing thought leadership with potential impact / actions on emerging themes ( such as GLP-1 )
• Build a winning and engaged team supported by a strong ecosystem of strategic partners

Base pay range :
