As a Retina Specialist, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating complex retinal and vitreoretinal conditions. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care and advancing the field of ophthalmology.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage retinal and vitreous diseases
• Perform retinal surgeries and laser procedures
• Administer intravitreal injections
• Interpret diagnostic imaging (OCT, fluorescein angiography, ultrasound)
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary eye care team
• Educate patients on conditions and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Stay current with advancements in retinal care
• Participate in clinical research and continuing education

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certification in Ophthalmology
• Completion of a Retina Fellowship (Surgical or Medical Retina)
• Valid and unrestricted medical license
• Proficiency in retinal diagnostics, laser treatments, and surgical procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to clinical excellence
