Job Summary

Certified Technician at Dow Autoplex is an individual contributor role responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining vehicles at the Dow Autoplex facility located in Mineola, Texas. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and have strong problem solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position, commision and benefits commensurate with experience. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, vacation, and training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose systems in vehicle to identify the areas of repair needed.
• Service and replace broken or defective parts as required.
• Lead inspection of vehicles to ensure maintenance work is completed prior to returning the vehicle to customer.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure appropriate running condition.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Promote customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
