About You :

8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in people management

Expert in backend languages and frameworks (e.g. Go, Python, Java, Node.js) and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Hands-on experience with CI / CD, infrastructure as code, container orchestration (Kubernetes / ECS / etc)

Strong operational chops : on-call leadership, SLO / SLI definition, monitoring, alerting and capacity planning

Demonstrated ability to define and execute multi-quarter platform roadmaps in partnership with engineering and product stakeholders

Familiarity with Document DBs, Elastisearch, and BigQuery (or similar technologies)

Experience with security, privacy, and compliance programs (SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, etc)

Prior startup experience
