Locum Tenens Opportunity for Urologist Near VANDERGRIFT, PA

Practice Setting :

    • Practice Details :

  • Board Certification Requirement : Yes, board certification in Urology is required for this position.
  • Fellowship : Fellowship training is preferred.
  • License Requirement : Physicians must be licensed in Pennsylvania only.
  • Certification Requirements :

    • ACLS : Yes

  • BLS : Yes
  • PALS : Yes (certification must be through the American Heart Association)

    • Additional Details :

  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : Emergency credentialing is available with a clean file.
  • Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
  • Description / Other Details :

    • Providers will need to document notes for OT and CB within the electronic timesheet.

  • The site seeks an all-inclusive rate that may include some time in the clinic.
  • Coverage : Urology Clinic and shared call

  • License Requirements : Physicians must hold a Pennsylvania DEA and Pennsylvania state license. Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency is required.
