As an Energy Sales Representative, you’ll meet with local residents to help them enroll in money-saving energy programs and rebates. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential—top performers regularly earn $1,500–$2,000+ per week. No sales experience is required—we provide full training and a clear path to leadership opportunities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Present energy savings programs and rebate offers to residential customers at their homes (door-to-door).
• Explain fixed-rate energy plans and answer customer questions clearly and professionally.
• Complete simple enrollment paperwork and phone verification (TPV) to finalize sign-ups.
• Follow a proven sales script while adapting to customer needs.
• Meet daily / weekly sales goals and track results.
• Attend morning team huddles, ongoing training, and field coaching sessions.
• Represent the company with professionalism and positive energy in every interaction.
