Key Responsibilities

• Act as the official face / ambassador of The VA Group on social media
• Be regularly featured in recruitment-related content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Create and present talk tracks for social media videos and campaigns
• Collaborate with the content team to develop short-form video ideas and promotional materials
• Oversee and respond to comments, messages, and engagements across all social platforms
• Help grow and maintain community engagement by interacting with our audience in a fun, professional, and relatable way
• Analyze social media trends and apply relevant ones in upcoming content to boost visibility and engagement
• Provide creative direction for branded content, team collaborations, and campaigns
• Stay on top of trends in recruitment marketing and influencer content
• Represent the company in live or recorded features as needed (interviews, Q&A, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
