Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine - Palm Beach in the Winter and Summer in the Hamptons!

In the role of an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner), you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics as well as conduct concierge medical house call visits to Sollis Health patients and treat them accordingly, with the supervision / oversight of an attending Physician. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization providing seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually come into an emergency depar tment or urgent care. Overview ACP will work in our Palm Beach and Boca locations in Florida from October - May and from June - September (might have flexibility on timing) in the Hamptons. Florida hours 9a-5p, 40 hours / week. Summer 2026 Hamptons hours are still being discussed. Sollis will pay for a NY State license if you do not have one. When in the Hamptons : Sollis will provide a housing stipend of up to $5,000 per month. Sollis will cover your initial travel to New York at the beginning of the summer and your return to Florida at the end of the summer. Your compensation will be aligned with New York market rates. Role Responsibilities P erform medical evaluations and formulat e a differential diagnosis and treatment plan to occur either in our facilities, the patient’s home or other setting outside of a medical clinic setting for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine. Perform medical procedures that include obtaining IV access and administration of fluids and medications, splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, performing POC testing, and performing EKGs. W ork closely with a team of Physicians, nurses, and technicians to support you in providing care. D ocument your clinical evaluation and treatment plan in Sollis’ EHR. W ork closely with the Medical Director and other clinical team members to ensure all policies are adhered to and that you deliver top quality care in an innovative setting. M ake patients and family members comfortable, patiently and professionally answering any questions they have and using patient-centered empathetic communication at all times. C oordinate additional care with our Care Navigation, and house calls teams or with one of our Medical Partners. Contribute to our overall success participating in related operational projects as needed. E nsure the house call provider bag is properly stocked and ready for use at all times E nsure there is a comprehensive transfer of responsibility for any pending labs or imaging to ou r in clinic providers at the end of your shift. Perform related duties as requested. Experience We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have : Bachelor’s Degree, required. Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program, required. Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner state license and ability to practice in Florida (You will need NY as well but Sollis will pay if you do not have one) DEA Required Preferred 2-3 years of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience in emergency departments and / or urgent care centers ACLS, PALS certification required upon hire. If a PA, must have NCCPA certification Skills To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate the following : Strong clinical skills Tech savvy with the ability to use and or learn our systems including but not limited to Slack, AthenaCare, Salesforce and Humanity etc. Superb procedural skills, including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, medication administration and other procedures typically performed in the ED or UC setting.
