Position

:
• 4 Day Work Week - Full-Time is 32 clinical hours per week
• 6 - 7 Patients per Day - Each patient visit is scheduled for an hour
• Full Care Support Team: Easy access to psychiatry, physical therapy, and nutrition
• EPIC EMR
• Full Patient Panel: 300 Total Patients
• Base Salary: $352,000 annually with additional financial incentives above and beyond the base
