About the Role :
We are looking for someone who is focused on customer service and sales growth! In this role, the Assistant Manager will work alongside the Store and District Managers to support store operations, lead our team, and be decisive with issues that arise, quickly and proactively to ensure excellent customer service and a safe work environment. Expect to wear many hats, from hiring and training to cash management and inventory. This hourly position requires hard work, dedication, and a passion for serving others.
Job Responsibilities :
- Through their leadership, oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, through reinforcement of 7 Leaves' commitment to great customer service, quality of product, and a safe, welcoming environment
- Communicating frequently with the Store Manager to oversee the success and growth of their store while delegating necessary day-to-day and long term tasks.
- Training, hiring, and overseeing the development of Team Members and being the first point of contact for any issues related to the store, other team members, and / or guests
- As a member of the team understand all proper safety, quality, and conduct standards and reinforce these to your team as well as your own actions
- Ensuring the proper inventory, storage, and ordering of supplies for our team members to perform their duties and serve our community
- Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goal-driven individuals to create a positive impact in their community
- Schedule and communicate to Team Members to ensure the necessary operations of the store at every point of the day
- Collaborating with Store Manager and District Manager t o make effective decisions, execute company wide initiatives, and address issues or opportunities to help grow our business and customer base
- Confidentially intake workplace disputes and taking appropriate actions to document, address and resolve issues
