Pallet Services Inc. is seeking a proactive, driven, and organized individual who is also technologically adept to take on the role of a Customer Support Specialist.
Main Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To :
- Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering product information, and relaying product challenges to internal teams.
- Assisting the sales manager and representatives with various tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and maintaining customer records.
- Submitting orders to production for processing.
- Preparing sales reports and other documentation as necessary to support the sales team.
- Collaborating with all internal departments.
Key Skills Required :
A solid understanding of sales processes and the capacity to support sales strategies.Proficiency in computer systems, including data entry; prior experience with Mill Manager / Pallet Tracker is highly desirable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, data, and customer information efficiently.The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role, from data entry to customer communications.A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs and identify potential challenges before they arise.A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering positive relationships.The capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes as required.This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic sales team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
