JOB SUMMARY

Manage overall program including contract outcomes, leadership, supervision, clinical operations, training, fiscal and billing controls, EHR, workplace safety, and policies & procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee direct services, ensuring quality care and professional standards.
  • Supervise data collection and reporting; ensure peer review and client chart monitoring.
  • Ensure timely documentation by staff and compliance with contract requirements for billable services.
  • Manage billing expectations, review monthly financial statements, and ensure financial integrity.
  • Maintain positive staff morale, cohesion, and effective communication.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and crises.
  • Recruit, retain, supervise, and support staff; foster team camaraderie and communication.
  • Serve as liaison with funders and participate in community meetings / committees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Facilitate program meetings, document agendas and attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, valid / current BBS license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC), and two years supervisory experience in a treatment or similar setting.
  • Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Experience in mental health and / or substance use disorder services.
  • Cultural competency; bilingual skills preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR software.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Seeing, Hearing, Speaking, Stooping / Bending, Working in cramped spaces, Moving around facility, Moving between offices / clients, Driving—light errands, Lifting / carrying heavy items, Standing for long periods, Sitting for long periods.
