What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff and visitors as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the facility to help to deter suspicious behavior and report irregularities.Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or unusual occurrences according to established protocols.Collaborate with healthcare staff to support a secure environment for employees, donors, and visitors.Remain alert to potential security-related risks within the healthcare environment and respond according to site procedures.What We're Looking For :
