Responsibilities
- Lead / supervise development group
- Be responsible for the project's layer delivery, including the scope, time and quality
- Conduct Interviews on a Project performs On-Boarding & adaptation of newcomers
- Be responsible for delivery of the project part (quality, scope & time)
- Communicate with on-site / peer architects (builds bridges between team members and other project stakeholders)
- Drive Project Processes / Architecture Enhancements (Able to suggest and prove complex technical decisions to the customer / team)
- Plan and organize project events and meetings
