Pratt and Whitney has an exciting opportunity within our Military Engines (ME) F135 Program Financial Support (PFS) Organization for a Senior FP&A Manager supporting the F135 Development Program.
This is an onsite position based out of our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location.
What You Will Do :
This position is responsible for providing an array of financial services in support of F135 Development Contracts with the United States Government (USG).
Job responsibilities entail financial analysis to support contract negotiations, funding analysis to support program execution, managing contract data deliverables to ensure contract compliance, amongst other things.

Qualifications You Must Have :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 10+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance; OR an Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen - this position may require access to systems / tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer :
SAP, Business Warehouse, Dassian, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), OneSteam, ODM, Microsoft Office Products.
Experience with financial analysis and work within a financial organization.
Independent, motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and influence in a matrix organization.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
The role is onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
