Champion Senior Care : Clinical Admissions Coordinator Needed at Robin Run Village!

Are you a passionate healthcare professional with a knack for communication and building relationships?

Robin Run Village, a vibrant senior living community in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Marketing Liaison to join our team! In this unique role, you'll bridge the gap between our exceptional clinical services and the community, ensuring healthcare providers and potential residents understand the full range of care options we offer.

What You'll Do :

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to gain a deep understanding of Robin Run Village's care services, including independent living support, assisted living, and memory care.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to reach out to healthcare professionals in the Indianapolis area, such as physicians, discharge planners, and social workers.
  • Build strong relationships with key referral sources, educating them on the benefits and services offered at Robin Run Village.
  • Attend healthcare industry events and conferences, representing Robin Run Village and fostering brand awareness.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for potential residents with our sales team.
  • Assist with developing informative presentations and marketing materials for healthcare professionals.
  • Track and analyze marketing activities, measuring the success of outreach efforts.

Who You Are :

  • Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or other relevant healthcare professional license (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with seniors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of senior care needs and the healthcare referral process.
  • Ability to build rapport and connect with healthcare professionals and potential residents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (a plus).
