KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.Knowledge of methods and procedures used in negotiating terms of entertainment and other contracts with outside agents and / or companies.Knowledge of personal computers and software including Zoom, social media platforms and student information systems.Ability to collaborate with, assist and advise students in the development of a well-rounded activities program.Ability to maintain effective working relationships with students, colleagues, faculty, college leadership and the public.Ability to work in an occasionally stressful situation.
