Based in Southfield Michigan our client has trained hundreds of business professionals using a blend of personal experience and nationally proven sales training techniques.

Location : Metro Detroit Area- Hybrid Role. Flexible Work Hours + Flexible PTO.

Job Description :

Our client is adding to its accomplished team of professional sales associates. Their proven record of success in helping customers has led to an increase in demand for Training and Coaching services. To fulfill this demand, we seek a sales professional to prospect, qualify, close and deliver new training business.

Responsibilities :

  • 100% emphasis on engaging new client relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills : writing, editing, and presenting
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and team-building skills and techniques are required
  • Lead generation through various activities

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base = $75k
  • Commission = 10-25% (net new / existing revenue)
  • Uncapped commission!
  • Projected Year 1 Earnings =$100k-$115k+
  • Projected Year 2 Earnings = $150k+

  • Candidates with previous sales training such as Sandler, Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN or other sales training will be a great fit for this role. Candidates who have consultative selling or solution selling within their sales experience will also be a strong fit for this role.
