State Licensed Assistant General Counsel

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and procurement materials

Provide legal counsel for commercial transactions and support strategic initiatives

Ensure compliance with laws and manage the full contract lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an active law license

Minimum of four (4) years of commercial law experience

Expertise in contract law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance

Hands-on experience with commercial contracting and procurement processes

Preferred experience in energy, infrastructure, or large-scale project development
