About vhf Inc.

vhf Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of vhf, a German-based leader in high-precision dental milling machines, tools, and digital manufacturing technology. We support dental labs, universities, and professionals across North America by delivering equipment that blends German engineering with American operational excellence.

Our Hauppauge, NY facility is the center of our U.S. operations—handling distribution, service, and customer fulfillment for cutting-edge dental milling systems. We’re a small, fast-moving team where every role is hands-on and directly tied to the company’s success.

If you take pride in doing things right, value teamwork, and want to be part of a company that’s growing, innovative, and genuinely collaborative, you’ll feel right at home at vhf Inc.

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at vhf Inc., you’ll be responsible for running and maintaining the company’s entire warehouse operations for North America. This position does not have direct reports, but it carries full operational ownership—making it ideal for someone who thrives working independently while managing all aspects of warehouse performance and efficiency.

You will handle the full spectrum of warehouse activity—from receiving and inspecting inbound shipments to managing inventory, preparing outbound orders, and coordinating carrier logistics. Your attention to detail and ability to stay organized will ensure our customers receive precision-engineered equipment on time and in perfect condition.

This role requires strong experience with ERP systems, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx Ship Manager, as these platforms are central to daily operations and data accuracy. You’ll partner directly with the Director of Business Operations and the Operations Lead to coordinate shipments, maintain ERP data integrity, and uphold vhf’s commitment to operational excellence.

This is a unique opportunity to run a lean, high-performing warehouse environment where your decisions directly impact customer satisfaction, delivery timelines, and inventory accuracy across the U.S. and Canada.
