A company is looking for a Claims Operations Team Leader. Key Responsibilities : Oversee claims adjudication and assist in the absence of the Claims Supervisor Mentor and coach Claims Operations staff to enhance service quality Serve as a subject matter expert for escalated claims issues and coordinate system testing Required Qualifications : Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Six or more years of experience in a managed care claims environment Pre-employment background check required Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and coding sets Ability to maintain production and quality goals
