Position : Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Location : Portage, WI

Start Date : ASAP

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 38 hours / week (flex up to 40)

Shift : 8-hour variable day shifts (approx. 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM, flexible depending on census)

Weekend : Rotates every 3rd–4th weekend (range may vary between every 4–6 weekends)

On-Call :

Float Requirements : May occasionally float to nearby territories during low census

Radius rule : Must live 50+ miles from Portage, WI

Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently in the field

Candidate should be compassionate, resilient, positive, and accountable

Scrub color : Not required – business casual acceptable

Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable time

Travelers can be placed on call for low census coverage (counts toward low census hours)

Callback pay applicable if traveler is called in after being placed on call

Orientation week GSA / per diem hours not guaranteed

Guaranteed hours apply except during holiday closures
