State Licensed Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, North America (Temporary) to provide legal advice on various matters.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct support to various functions in the North America business

Advise on contracts, intellectual property, regulatory, corporate governance, HR, advertising review, data privacy, and litigation

Assign and oversee work performed by outside counsel in a cost-effective manner

Desired Qualifications :

Law degree with active membership in at least one US state

5-10 years of experience as a practicing attorney

Strong transactional and / or generalist experience, with an understanding of marketing, sales, distribution, and supply agreements

Strong management and organizational skills

Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
