As a Manager in Experience Strategy, you will oversee the delivery of innovative, data-driven strategies that help life sciences companies modernize how they engage healthcare professionals, patients, and payers. You'll serve as the bridge between strategic design and operational execution-ensuring experience frameworks are actionable, measurable, and tightly aligned with client business objectives.

This role combines strategic thinking, client engagement, and project leadership. You'll guide teams in translating insights into omnichannel strategies, manage delivery excellence, and support the continued growth of Beghou's Experience Strategy practice.

We'll Trust you to :

• Lead day-to-day delivery of client engagements, managing workstreams that design and implement omnichannel experience strategies.
• Collaborate with Associate Partners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables that align to client goals.
• Synthesize data and insights into actionable experience blueprints and activation roadmaps.
• Facilitate client workshops and internal sessions to uncover customer needs and define requirements.
• Partner with analytics and data science teams to ensure measurable success metrics are embedded in strategy design.
• Develop and deliver polished presentations that translate complex findings into clear recommendations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering analytical rigor and storytelling skills.
• Contribute to building Beghou's IP and internal knowledge base for Experience Strategy.

What you Bring :

$140,000 - $240,000 a year

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
