    We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Consumer Product Development to join our team and play a key role in defining the future of our member offerings. This high-impact position requires an innovative leader who can effectively energize membership growth and enhance member experiences. You will be responsible for devising and implementing a forward-thinking product strategy that maximizes member value while achieving key P&L objectives.

    In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and technology teams to curate a personalized member experience centered on exceptional storytelling, community engagement, and data-driven insights. We are looking for a consumer-obsessed leader with a stellar track record in consumer strategy, product development, or management within the beauty or lifestyle sectors. Your sharp analytical skills and financial acumen will be crucial as you leverage data to inform strategic decisions.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delightful consumer journeys coupled with operational excellence and attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or similar advanced qualifications preferred. You should possess at least 12 years of relevant experience, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve creatively, and inspire cross-functional teams toward achieving a shared vision.
