A company is looking for a Clinical Leader- Registered Nurse in Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective execution of clinical services and compliance within the market

Oversee client admission, supervisory, and case management functions to meet compliance and productivity metrics

Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing clinical team while maintaining staffing levels for efficient service execution

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in Georgia required

Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health / home care

Minimum of three (3) years managing a significant clinical team

Experience working with medically fragile clients
